Noon charges 3 main types of fees in UAE:

Referral fees - based on product category
Fulfillment (FBN / Noon Direct Ship) - based on physical dimensions of product and weight
Storage (FBN) - based on volumetric size of a product
*Additional fees including return fees, FBN removals and performance penalties

Referral Fees

Also referred to as "marketplace" or "category" fees. Referral fees are calculated as a fixed % of a selling price basis specific category and price band. Example, category "Home - Furniture" has 15% commission for products below 750 AED and 10% for items above

Fulfillment Fees

Also referred to as "delivery fees". This is charged by Noon for picking and delivering your order in case of Direct Ship and product packing and delivering from Noon FC in case of FBN. Fulfillment fees vary basis product dimensions and weights, the rates are introduced in multiple tiers

Other Fees and Costs

There are other charges which Noon will impose on Selling Partner accounts, including return fees, inventory removal charge for FBN and performance penalties for Direct Ship (e.g. cancellation fee, late shipping fees). Apart from fees, there are other costs associated with selling on Noon such as ads, defective returns and others
