Also referred to as "marketplace", "category" and "selling" fees. Referral fees are calculated as a fixed % of a selling price basis specific category and price band. Example, category "Home - Furniture" has 15% commission for products below 750 AED and 10% for items above

Also referred to as "outbound fees" and "delivery fees". This is charged by Noon for picking and delivering your order in case of Direct Ship and product packing and delivering from Noon FC in case of FBN. Fulfillment fees vary basis product dimensions and weights, the rates are introduced in multiple tiers

There are charges which Noon will impose on Selling Partner accounts, including return fees, long-term and unselable items storage fees on FBN, missing warranty fees, inventory removal fees and some misellaneous fees for violating local regulations

Expected Inventory Removal or Storage of Unsellable Item: 0.03 AED ( 0.2% Unsellable Returns * 15.5 AED (appx) inventory removal) As you see from the example above, FBN tends to be a cheaper option as long as a product sells quickly and inbound cost is not surpassing DirectShip delivery charge. Other things to consider when choosing between channels - conversion benefit of "Express" badge, competition for the featured offers,your inventory placement strategy (at own premise versus locking inventory at marketplace storage) and others.
